A message to all our customers
The entire Watco team, those of us at home, in the warehouse and our partners across the supply chain, are all working hard to provide you with the products and service that you have come to expect and continue to ask from us now.
As events unfold, we’re continuing to follow government guidance to help keep you, our partners and our teams safe. We’ll let you know as and when things change but, in the meantime, thank you for your continuing support and understanding.

Orders and deliveries
Our sales, service and warehouse teams are working differently which means we’re processing and despatching orders Monday to Friday, with no shipments at the weekends. We’re doing our best to answer any queries over the weekend – and any orders that you place on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed as soon as possible each Monday.
Deliveries are currently taking between 7-9 working days, so please bear with us. If you placed your order within the last 9 working days, don’t worry, we’re getting it to you as fast as we can. If you placed your order more than 9 working days ago, please do get in touch and we’ll check on its whereabouts for you.
With such a high level of demand, we do have some temporary stock outs. Our team in the factory is working hard and we’re prioritising the products which are proving to be most popular.
We monitor our stock several times a day and are doing our best to let you know when out of stock items will be available to despatch again.
Cancellations, refunds and general enquiries
We’re sorry but we are slower than usual here. Our Customer Services and Sales Advisor teams are all working from home – and that together with the volume of enquiries, means things are taking longer than usual. We do care about that and are making changes where we can to provide the best service for you. We do receive all your messages and will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
