We design and formulate unique products that solve very specific flooring problems. As market leaders in polyaspartic resin technology, we’ve adapted that technology into products that our customers can use themselves. 

Polyaspartic resin paints are two-part paints with an activator that is combined with a base at point of use, which causes the product to cure. All our polyaspartic paints have superior scratch resistance, durability and exceptional resistance to UV compared to epoxy resin paints. 

Ultra-rapid curing

Fastcoat is ideal where production downtime is critical, and the floor simply cannot be out of use for too long. The second coat can be applied to the first coat after only two hours, and light traffic is possible after six hours. This means a floor can be painted and put back into use the same day. 

Curing in freezing conditions

Epoxy resins can be adapted to cure on floor temperatures as low as 5°C, but in unheated warehouses and loading bays it is hard to affect the floor temperature. Rather than stop refurbishment during the colder months, and particularly where safety is an issue, use Cold Set Coating or Safety Coat Cold Cure (for an anti slip finish). They can be applied at temperatures as low as minus 10°C, allowing all essential works to continue throughout the year and in cold temperature areas. 

UV resistance

Conventional floor paints, including epoxy resins, don’t just colour fade in strong sunlight, they can turn green or start to degrade. Fastcoat and Cold Set Coating are unaffected by UV and can be used on exterior concrete and metal throughout the year. Protecta-Coat is a clear polyaspartic which seals and coats. Two coats over most paint types (including epoxy resins), will protect from fading and degrading. It also provides superior wear and scratch resistance.
