We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Floor coatings have to perform, they’re unlike wall paints which never take traffic. Fork lifts and all sorts of wear and tear must be considered. Should any problem arise when the product goes into service, for whatever reason, we will always do our utmost to solve the problem, whether or not it was purchased in the last 12 months. If something does go wrong we will always work with our customer to help put it right.
