Watco Greenplac is the ideal solution for making green spaces vehicle friendly by strengthening and protecting the grass without compromising drainage. The slip resistant tiles are assembled with an integrated anchoring and interlocking system creating a strong hold that won’t separate.
As a versatile surface, these tiles can be applied in parking areas or access ways for rescue vehicles. They are also ideal for walkways (industrial and commercial, public or private), camping or caravan sites, or environmental protection e.g against corrosion, rivers.

Select the grass seed variety best suited to the area where Greenplac is used. The more intensive traffic is, the more resistant the grass should be. The growth rate is essential and must be respected. It can vary from 45 to 90 days.
It is better to sow in Spring period (mid of April to mid of May) or in Autumn (September and October).
It is recommended to water every 3 days and to check the growth.
Fertilization : Fertilizer may be used twice a year ( Spring / Autumn).
Lawn : it is recommended to regularly lawn 5 cm grass over Greenplac.
The recommendation is to plant Sedum in spring (mid-April to end-May) or autumn (September/October).
Avoid planting in summer heat and winter frost.
Maintain compost moisture until signs of growth appear.
Sedum requires very little maintenance.
In traffic-free areas, cut the Sedum back flush with the top of the tile 3 or 4 times a year.
