Applied as a one or two coat system, Watco Weatherguard 10 cures to a weatherproof and impact resistant finish. This tough elastomeric membrane is capable of withstanding up to 10 years or more of extreme weather and temperature changes.

Brick, Masonry, Stone, rendered and other cementitious surfaces - The surface to which Watco Weatherguard 10 is to be applied should be clean, dry and free of any loose material and contamination. Use a fungicide to remove any fungi, mildew or moss, etc. Scrape off any loose paint. Exisiting hard smooth, glossy paint should be lightly sanded to provide a key. Wash with a detergent solution, rinse with water and allow to dry. Make good any minor defects with an external filler or sand/cement mix.
Wooden Surfaces - All bare wooden surfaces should be clean and dry. Do not apply to door or window frames or previously painted wood, unless all traces of old paint has been removed.
Do not stir, but blend in any thin liquid that may have appeared on the surface of the product.
If appearance is critical we recommend the Application of a small trial area first.
Apply Watco Weatherguard 10 by brush or roller in one direction at the rate of 4m² per litre, allowing the first coat to dry before applying the second coat.
