Concrex® Sub Zero is ideal for thin section and feather edge repairs which have to be undertaken in freezing conditions. The latest version incorporates polyaspartic technology and will cure as low as -20°C. It has excellent strength and chemical resistance and can be applied into cold areas where ordinary repair mortars would fail. It is ideal for repairs to any unheated area, internal or external and is suitable for application to concrete, metal and sand & cement.

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from any surface contamination. Wire brushing and sweeping is generally sufficient. Watco Bio D can be used to remove grease and oil.
Each pack contains one tin of curing agent, one tin of resin and a blended aggregate. Thoroughly mix the two liquid parts together before tipping the mixed components into the blended aggregate. The best mix can be achieved quickly by wearing disposable gloves and kneading the mixture by hand.
Once mixed, the product is trowelled firmly against the surface to be repaired and finished with a steel trowel or float. To prevent trowel marks, a rag moistened with white spirit may be wiped across the face of the tool.
