Watco Fibreglass Reinforcing Tape

Strengthens and waterproofs joints and cracks in bund areas

Ideal for use with Watco Bund Sealer, this easy to cut and use tape provides you with additional reinforcement where there are cracks and joints.

When used in conjuction with Watco Bund Sealer.

Prepare the surface, then mix and apply Watco Bund Sealer at a width of 50-100mm either side of the crack or joint.
Whilst still wet, place the Fibreglass Reinforcing Tape onto the Bund Sealer so that the crack or joint runs down the centre of the tape. Push the tape onto the layer of Bund Sealer using a brush loaded with more Bund Sealer.
Work the tape into corners, joints and angles, ensuring good contact with the surface at all points.
If a join is required, overlap the tape by at least 50mm and work in as above.
Allow to harden and apply more Bund Sealer over the rest of the bund or area to be sealed.
