Cold weather maintenance is essential to the upkeep of your commercial premises. That's why we have created a range of paints and repair mortars that are specially formulated to cure even in the coldest conditions - meaning there's no need to delay work because of cold weather or unheated areas.
By fixing cracks and holes with our repair mortars, you can then refurbish your floor with our range of paints. As our products excel in cold temperatures, this two-step process can be applied throughout the winter, keeping your building looking good, safe all year round and avoiding costly repairs.

Cracks often form in concrete when it shrinks and hardens over time. Repairing them during cold temperatures is important to maintain the safety of your site.
For cracks that are 2-5mm we recommend Fine Crack Filler Cold Cure. It's liquid epoxy resin that cures at 0°C, which is poured into the crack and smoothed off with a trowel or spatula. For repairing wide cracks, we recommend either Concrex Cold Set or Concrex Sub Zero.
When trapped air is released to the surface, it forms holes in your concrete floor, creating dangerous trip hazards. Leaving them unattended during the winter will cause further problems, as moisture will gather, worsening the damage.
Our Concrex Cold Set provides long-lasting repairs to floors and cures in cold temperatures. Concrex Sub Zero cures down to -20C and should be used in extremely low temperatures. Concrex Cold Set Deep Fill repairs holes over 50mm deep.
Our innovative floor coating technology uses polyaspartic resins to dry in icy temperatures as low as -10C. Ideal for cold stores, walk-in fridges and loading bays, polyaspartic coatings can be applied quickly, significantly reducing downtime and providing outstanding scratch and chemical resistance.
Polyaspartic resin's unique feature:
Cold Curing - allowing interior and exterior projects to continue, even at -10C
UV resistance - resistance to chalking, fading or peeling after time in the sun
Chemical resistance - the ability to defend against a wide range of commercial and industrial chemicals
Fast curing - allowing two coats to be put down in one day, saving you time and money
Our leading range of polyaspartic products is on hand to coat your floor, even in icy temperatures. While Chemi-Coat Cold Cure provides a chemical resistant coating, Safety Coat Cold Cure creates an anti-slip finish for walk-in fridges and cold stores. Our best-selling cold cure product, Cold Set Coating, uses the latest polyaspartic resin technology to cure at -10°C, while our Polyaspartic Primer has been specially designed to work alongside Watco's Cold-curing range. With winter approaching we have a cold cure coating for every project.
