Watco Epoxicote High Build delivers an ultra hard-wearing chemical resistant gloss floor coating. Designed for really tough environments, Watco has pushed technology to the limit to develop this highly advanced floor coating.
This coating is ideal for very heavily trafficked floors, production areas, showrooms and more. This one coat high build, virtually solvent free epoxy resin floor coating, guarantees exceptional wear and offers superior protection for concrete floors. Also available in Rapid, Anti Slip, Cold Cure and Advanced formulations.
Curing time:
48 hours at 20°C
Give the areas a good sweep to ensure that the substrate is free from dust and dirt.

If the concrete is new or bare, remove surface laitance, dust and any light dirt or grease deposits using Watco Etch & Clean. For more preparation techniques tailored to the condition of your floor, see the Epoxicote High Build Technical Data Sheet.
Remove the two inner tins from the tall outer tin. Stir the contents of each tin thoroughly.

Pour all the contents into the outer tin (scrape around the inside of the tins to remove any residue). Mix the components thoroughly until an even colour and consistency is achieved.

Pour the coating into a plastic scuttle and use straight away. Using a paint brush cut in around the edges. For a professional finish mark off the area you want to coat with Masking Tape.
Apply using a medium pile roller (not foam), working well into the surface of the concrete. Epoxicote High Build only requires one coat so you can expect heavy traffic in 48 hours at 20°C.
